How long do your balloons stay inflated?
Standard latex balloons typically last 12-24 hours when filled with helium, while our high-quality Mylar foil balloons can stay afloat for 5-7 days depending on environmental conditions.
Do you ship your balloons inflated or deflated?
To ensure the lowest shipping costs and prevent damage, all balloons are shipped flat and deflated. You can have them inflated at a local party store or purchase one of our portable helium tanks.
What is your return policy for party supplies?
We accept returns on unused, unopened, and sealed packages within 30 days of purchase. Please note that for hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on balloons that have been inflated.
How quickly will my order be processed?
Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST are typically processed and shipped the same business day. Delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
Are your latex balloons biodegradable?
Yes, we pride ourselves on sustainability. Our latex balloons are made from 100% natural rubber latex, which is organic and biodegradable, breaking down at approximately the same rate as an oak leaf.
